This film was the first of two Technicolor features based on the popular TV series of the same name, starring Clayton Moore and Jay Silverheels, respectively, as the "Masked Rider of the Plains" and his faithful Indian companion Tonto. This movie cashed in on the huge popularity of the TV show that began its run in 1949 and ended some 169 episodes later in 1957. A beautiful example, with only the slightest amount of professional touch up to the fold lines.
