Following the tremendous success of "Red Dust," the unstoppable Gable and Harlow-duo star in this Anita Loos penned drama. With a little pre-Code scandal and post-Code redemption, this film steers through grittiness and immorality to over-the-top salvation. Depression-era audiences couldn't get enough and catapulted box-office sales to over $1 million. Gable and Harlow reunited for three more movies until her untimely death in 1937. Minor corner wear, one pinhole and tanning are the only flaws keeping this lobby from a perfect grade. The card is a great representation of the famous pair and after 70 years there's no question why these two were a hit. Very Fine.
