This was RKO's second entry in the studio's 1940's Dick Tracy series and this episode had Chester Ghould's immortal comic-strip crime fighter investigating a fur theft. His investigation leads him to a deserted junk yard for a climatic confrontation with the fiendish killer "the Claw", played by Jack Lambert. The typical fold-lines, border bumps, small creases and pin holes are present.
