Not only is this comic so Scarce that only two copies have ever been certified by CGC (as of October 7, 2009), this one being best, but it is also the elusive issue with the "loco-weed" story. Cover and interior artwork is by Dick Ayers. The bold cover colors seem to leap off the black background!
